It’s almost like all other blogs out there, LJ, WordPress, Xanga, Blogger, etc. Except, you write in the language you are studying in, while natives in that language help correct it, sentence by sentence. At the same time, you correct their English or whichever language you are studying in. Through this exchange, you can learn about their lifestyles, while they learn yours. Perhaps one day you might even become good friends and meet each other in real life.

CAUTION: Most people there are college students or businessmen who are trying to become fluent for jobs. As of right now, there are not as many fangirls/fanboys, but nevertheless there are still some.

Anyway, fangirls, I wouldn’t cry my eyes out because of this rumor. We all know that JE idols are going to be single or at least unmarried until at least 30 because other fangirls are pissed off and well sometimes the agency intervenes so that their sales don’t die. So, relax.

Plus, aren’t most popular songs about heartbreaks? No pain, no gain. It’ll be good experience for Yamada.

Oh wait, they dont’ write their own songs so it wouldn’t matter, huh. (well besides the few in JE that DO write their own songs). Well, I guess it’ll just be good reference material for acting for Yamada.

Are there really that many hardcore fans?

This is rather late, but apparently JE sent out a message to all fans to stop stalking their idols and let them have space at school and places. You can read it here.

I didn’t know there were that many hardcore fans. I mean they’re all like what, high schoolers? Do they even have the time and money to be hardcore fans?

Sigh, this makes me wonder how the Korean idols are handling school.. well the ones that are IN school anyway. I feel like Korean idols are more polished than JE’s groups, but hey, each agency has their own way of promoting and training their people.

Don’t know where to download all those videos on youtube you watch about SHINee? This well organized community has it all! From raws to subbed, behind the scenes to fancams. There’s a very useful masterpost to see everything and the community is updated at least every other day. Of course, I’m sure the Shinee Forums International will also have all the videos but for frequent LJ users, this community is a nice addition to add to the list of communities to follow.

CAUTION: After you join, be prepared to see 3 entries from shinee_media practically every other day. If you’re following other communities, I might want to reccommend you to create multiple accounts, or just check your LJ every single day to keep up with everything… because I guarentee you, if you don’t check within a week, you’re prolly going be really really behind in everything. LJ only keeps 280 of the most recent entries. So it really depends on how many people and communities you follow.

Hey guys, you probably noticed but I haven’t updated the archives for like a week or two. I apologize but I’ve been busy with work for the past weekends. I’ll have something up this weekend though, preferably tomorrow, otherwise Saturday.

I should have posted this earlier so you’ll know but I forgot. lol. Anyway, as much as I would love to do it tonight, I need to catch up on my lack of sleep. (I know, crazy right? It’s summer vacation but I already got myself into another sleep debt!! gahhhhh!!!!!)

New Profile Pages for HSJ members~

So I realized that there were a lot of interesting information out there concerning members of HSJ that just didn’t really fit into the translation or scan archives. Thus, I created profiles with little bits of trivia to accommodate those pieces of interesting information that would appeal to new fans. They are still in the making and since I’m not as much of a fan for any of them besides Yaotome Hikaru, I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting to have a complete profile.

Of course, someone on the internet could you know, actually update wikipedia with little credit links to every single magazine translation. That way new fans can get a little spark notes overview of their idol..

I’m sure most people already knew or saw Yaotome’s page.. so I added Takaki Yuya’s and Okamoto Keito’s new page. There really isn’t anything in there besides links to information like info that a person researched on Keito’s mom or respreading pics of Takaki’s ex-girlfriend.

.. although truthfully, those links are for me to remember where I have read that information and that way if anyone asks, I could easily find the link and don’t have to plow through community’s posts to find that specific entry.

Yep. Of course I would welcome anyone who wants to contribute. Otherwise, I’m just going to slowly.. VERY slowly add onto their pages. (For those that have seen my page for Hikaru, you know how slowly I updated that. XD)

Also another thing, I would have added the trivia to the beginning of my HSJ page and relocate my translation archive to its own page but because of the amount of people who probably bookmarked that page.. I will probably keep it the way it is, until it really DOES get too much to handle.

I don’t know about you but when I saw Miyake Ken for the first time after seeing an episode of Last Friends, I could have swore he was the actor, not Eita. Although I suppose it’s the hairstyle that throws you off but still.. don’t they look alike? or am I insane?

All you need to do is download the different parts and use HJSplit to link them all together. Besides drama, TV shows and music are also available for download.

CAUTION: Read the rules, otherwise it’ll be a little more tricky to download.
